Show & Tell Week 16
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to Show & Tell over the last 16 weeks. Your photos have meant so much to the staff and we go into the last week of term knowing that, in amongst all the craziness of the last four months, you have: had fun, been creative, learned new skills, done some school work, (or taught school work), taken part in on-line P.E. and music lessons and have honed your baking skills (samples will be gratefully received). If you want to take part in Show & Tell next week, please send photos and/or a sentence or two, to firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of next Saturday.

Euan and Cerys have had a practical week this week.
?Euan has learnt how to use a soldering iron and he also used the drill to put the guinea pigs new run together?
?Cerys has been baking again! Also made a strawberry and banana milkshake. Although I think there was more cream on top than milkshake ?
This week Owen has been busy completing his Maths on Oak Academy and preparing planning and writing his monster report for literacy. He’s been doing really well with his P. E and his reading plus each day. He’s also done his very detailed Aboriginal Art drawing too. He had his zoom meeting with The Vale on Monday and got to ask some of the questions about what will happen in September. He’s really looking forward to his leavers picnic on Friday and wearing his St Barnabas uniform for one final time.
This week Jess has worked on two new recipes… tomato soup (which she served to Katie and myself for lunch) and homemade chicken goujons (which we all enjoyed for tea).
Jess has also continued with her home learning pack, completed Carol Vorderman’s maths challenge every day, and rounded off the week roasting marshmallows after a BBQ tea!
Stay safe everyone, missing you all ???
